In this program you will learn to make better choices that can make a significant impact on your health and well being.
I’ve developed a program that will explore what foods work best (and which don’t) to give you optimum energy, kick start changes in your body, and reduce your waistline.
A cleanse is also about removing toxins from your body. Toxins are stored in fat cells. The more toxins stored in your body, the more fat your body needs to hold on to. Once you remove the toxins, your body will be able to release excess weight.
I will take you step-by-step through a simple cleanse that will make a huge difference in how you feel and look – in just 7 days!

What results can I expect from the Energy Healing Wellness Program?
- Determine any hidden food sensitivities that are causing you to hold onto weight.
- Learn which foods fuel your body, so you can bring your A-game to everything you do!
- Jumpstart your metabolism, so you can release excess weight you may be holding onto.

I created the Energy Healing Wellness Program for several reasons:
- Life gets in the way of a healthy and nutritional lifestyle. While we might be motivated when we begin, it’s easy to fall back into old habits.
- Even though I believe in simple and gentle cleanses, cleansing can be tough to do on your own. This program is designed to give you the support you need as you go through the process.
- Having gone through several cleanses, I often found I had questions along the way and wished I had a coach I could go to for direction.
- Cleansing is a very effective way to create long-term changes, but most people don’t know how to effectively use a cleanse to creating lasting changes.

In this class we’ll cover the basics of how to stay healthy by covering various common ways of eating and improving our choices.
It includes focusing on more of what we need and less of what we don’t need, and watching how easy it is to prepare light, clean, easy meals that are nourishing and healthy.

Class 2 - Move & Stay Fit!
Movement & Fitness
In this class we’ll cover the basics of how to stay fit by covering various common ways of exercise, organizing and scheduling our efforts so it becomes easier.
It includes learning a basic Walking Program, and an easy 10-minute sequence to maintain flexibility you can do anywhere.

Class 3 - Relax & Stay Calm!
Relaxation, Meditation, Massage, Spa & Essential Oils
In this class we’ll cover the basics of how to relax, reduce stress and anxiety by exploring various ways of using spa, massage and essential oils to improve our well being.
It includes experiencing how easy it is to systematically relax your body and mind with classic relaxation techniques taught by Dr. Herbert Bensen of the Harvard Medical School.

Day 4 - Glow & Stay Focused!
Life Purpose & Visualization of Goals
In this class we’ll cover the basics of how to stay focused in your life, by covering ways of accessing your deepest goals and life purpose.
It includes going through the Life Goals Exercise, and seeing how easy it is to prepare a focused plan that fulfills you on the deepest levels.

While I encourage you to participate on the live calls if at all possible, I will have recordings available, so you can listen from the comfort of your own home.
