1-Bliss & Relax 5-Day Renewal
During the Holiday time in December, we'll learn ways of self care to relax and renew, including meditation, relaxation, hands-on healing, reiki, journeying and increasing intuition.
2-Essential Oils 5-Day Mastery
During the January cold season, we'll nurture ourselves and learn the basics about using the power of essential oils as a healthy natural alternative.
3-Sugar Fix 5-Day Detox
After the holiday season is over in mid-January, once and for all, we'll tackle sugar and its grip on us and our health. We'll find ways to tame the sugar fix and find delicious and satisfying alternatives.
4-Spa Care 5-Day Glow
In the grey times of February, learn how to take exquisite care of yourself with self-massage, essential oils, water therapy, yoga and other ways to nurture yourself.
5-Walk for Health 5-Day Challenge
March 1-5 we'll begin, and all year long, we'll focus on this one exercise that anyone can do at any age or at any level of fitness. If you do only one area of exercise, let it be walking every day. We'll start easy and work up to a level that feels good to you. Let the feel-good endorphins kick in and start to feel better quickly and easily! Also learn basic yoga stretches to enhance your wellness.
6-Healthy Kitchen 5-Day Prep
March 15-30, just in time for Spring, we'll begin our Healthy Kitchen 5-Day Prep, to organize and streamline your kitchen to facilitate nutritional wellness for the rest of your life. We'll focus on a plant-based lifestyle that will enhance your health for a lifetime of wellness.
7-Purify 5-Day Spring Cleanse
Twice a year, in April and October, we'll go through cleanses that will purify and detoxify, to give you glowing good health.
The Detoxify 5-Day Toxin Detox will run at the same time to clean up chemicals from food, beverages, household and personal care products.
8-Purify 5-Day Fall Cleanse
Twice a year, in April and October, we'll go through cleanses that will purify and detoxify, to give you glowing good health.
